Raeanne Johnson, CPNP-PC, PMHS

Raeanne Johnson, PNP attended the University of Virginia where she graduated with her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2009 and began her pediatric nursing career at Duke Children's Hospital. Mrs. Johnson then earned her Master's of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina in 2014. She began her career in primary care and moved to specialize in behavioral and developmental pediatrics in 2020. She is credentialled by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board as a Pediatric Mental Health Specialist. She sees ages 3-21 years with a primary focus on Anxiety, Depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. She loves using lifestyle modifications, and general wellness principals to help her patients and families thrive. When not at work, you can likely find her on the greenway or in the garden with her sweet family and precious pup.

Danielle Foltz, CPNP-PC

Danielle Foltz, PNP attended Towson University where she was a Division I athlete and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 2009. She went on to further her education earning a Master’s of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of North Carolina in 2014. Mrs. Foltz started her Nurse Practitioner career in primary care with experience in the private practice and federally qualified health center settings. She has an interest in developmental and behavioral health with focuses on Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Depression and Anxiety.  She see’s ages 3-21 years. Mrs. Foltz is credentialed by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, sporting events, yoga, and spending time with her family and dogs!
