Corey Ellis, MFT-I and ADHD Coach

Hi friend! Life can be challenging at times, can't it? There are many things that can cause instability, sadness, or a number of other problems. But, there are also numerous sources of stability, joy, and health within our reach. Sometimes, the situations we find ourselves in make it difficult to see any hope, happiness, or a way out. I would love to be part of your story - to join you in your current moment and walk alongside you. We can work together to find stability and rediscover the joy of life that may have been lost or feels out of reach. It doesn't have to remain in the past or be just a dream in the future; let's work together to experience it in the present.

I am focused in clinically informed therapy for ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational conflict, and marriage. My passion lies in guiding clients through significant life changes, by helping them establish stable and healthy rhythms. I have experience counseling adolescents, young adults, and college students. From my experience working cross-culturally in India, I enjoy building relationships with people from various backgrounds.

As a therapist, my aim is to support you in your current circumstance, encourage you in who you are becoming, and challenging you to be all you can be. Every person's story and the struggles that come with it are unique. Thus, we will start by assessing your situation and establishing goals together to achieve balance across your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of life. Then, we will work together to achieve those goals! I look forward to meeting you!
