Anne Bruce, LCSWA

Everyone has a unique story that is worthy of being heard and honored. Healing and hope are possible.

Using a trauma-informed, person-centered focus, I incorporate a variety of evidence-based practices such as narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, family systems theory, and EMDR to help you process your story.

People describe me as being warm, empathetic, and supportive. I desire to walk with you as you seek healing from experiences that have caused pain, guilt, and shame. Other areas I work with are depression, anxiety, parenting challenges, autism, supporting children with disabilities, grief/loss, and spiritual concerns.

My educational background includes a Master of Social Work from NC State and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate in the state of North Carolina. I look forward to hearing from you!
